I want to eliminate my current 50 gallon gas water heater and replace it with a gas tankless water heater. We are adding a mater bath to our bedroom with a 6 foot soaking tub. We have a 3 bedroom house and only two people live in the house. The 50 gallon tank currently is satisfactory, but it is starting to leak and I doubt it will handle the soaking tub. I want an estimate on the cost of a tankless hot water heater installed.

We've just bought a house with 2 hot water heaters that are about 15 years old. We'd like to get advice about, and an estimate for, what kind of water heating solution is best for the house. Would it be possible to have a consultation this week?

Large scale water heaters that supply hot water in buildings, resorts, malls, office buildings, industries and other commercial facilities are called commercial water heaters. The water heating needs of a typical commercial facility can account for up to 11% of the total energy bill. Hospitals and resorts can have largely increased water heating needs that may use up to 40% of the energy load. Therefore, optimizing a commercial water heater for greater energy efficiency is extremely important.
Commercial water heaters can be in the form of tankless water heaters, storage water heaters, indirect water heaters, heat pump and tankless coil models. They can also be in the form of hot water boilers that are used to supply hot water, but not for heating of spaces. A commercial water heating system needs a intricate distribution system that can deliver instant hot water to people all across the building at any given time. In case of buildings that have consistent water heating needs, commercial tankless water heaters are ideal, while structures with peak demands at a specified time may find commercial storage water heaters more energy efficient.
Some of the major brands that manufacture commercial water heaters are American Water Heater, Bradford White, Bock and Lochinvar. Designing and installing a commercial water heater is a complicated process, and should be trusted to professionals only.
